Rental Terms & Policies

Reservation model

All rentals are arranged by reservation request. Sending a request is not a confirmed booking and no payment is taken at that stage. KZ Luxury confirms the vehicle, availability, deposit and final price for your dates, and the rental is finalized only on that confirmation.

How the money works

You pay KZ Luxury. KZ Luxury is the merchant of record for every rental arranged through this site — your payment never goes to a partner fleet.

  • KZ confirms availability, the deposit amount and the final price for your dates before any payment is taken.
  • On confirmation you receive one Shopify invoice covering the rental total plus the refundable security deposit.
  • The deposit is refunded after the rental closes with no damage, no tickets and no excess miles.
  • No payment is taken with a reservation request, and card details are never collected by form.

Eligibility

  • Drivers must be 25 or older for exotic vehicles; select luxury models are available at 21 or older, as noted on each listing.
  • A valid driver's license is required. International renters must present their license plus an International Driving Permit or certified translation.

Insurance

Full-coverage insurance (comprehensive and collision) in the renter's name, transferring to the rental vehicle, is required on every rental and is verified before the vehicle is released.

Deposits

A refundable security deposit is held on every rental. The amount varies by vehicle, is confirmed before payment, is charged on the same invoice as the rental total, and is refunded after the rental closes with no damage, no tickets and no excess miles.

Mileage

Rentals typically include 100 miles per day. Additional miles are billed at a per-mile rate confirmed at booking.

Delivery and return

Delivery and pickup are available across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe and Mesa, with handoffs at Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and Scottsdale Airport (SDL). Delivery details are confirmed with your reservation.

Rates

Listed prices are KZ Luxury's daily rental rates for each vehicle. The final price for your dates is confirmed by KZ before payment. Vehicles marked Price on Request have no listed rate; the rate is confirmed with your reservation.

Marketplace disclosure

How KZ Luxury rentals work: KZ Luxury is a curated rental marketplace. We do not own the vehicles listed on this site. Every vehicle is owned and supplied by a vetted local partner fleet, and KZ Luxury confirms the exact vehicle, the deposit and the final price for your dates before any rental is finalized.

The supplying partner fleet's rental agreement governs the rental itself and is provided and confirmed with your reservation, before payment.
