• Full-coverage insurance — comprehensive and collision — in the renter's own name is required on every rental, and the coverage must transfer to the rental vehicle.
• Your coverage is verified before the vehicle is released. If your policy does not transfer to the rental, the rental cannot proceed on that policy.

Mileage

• Rentals typically include 100 miles per day.
• Additional miles are billed at a per-mile rate. That rate is confirmed at booking, before payment — there are no surprise mileage charges.
• Planning a longer drive, for example Phoenix to Sedona or the Grand Canyon? Tell us in your reservation request so the mileage is set correctly up front.
