Rental FAQ
How do I book a car?
Send a reservation request from the vehicle's listing with your dates — the listing links to our Reserve Your Vehicle page. KZ then confirms availability, the refundable deposit and the final price. No payment is taken until KZ confirms — there is no instant confirmed booking.
Who do I pay?
KZ Luxury. On confirmation you receive one Shopify invoice covering the rental total plus the refundable deposit. You never pay a partner fleet directly.
Who owns the cars?
Vetted local partner fleets in Phoenix and Scottsdale. KZ Luxury is a curated rental marketplace: we select the vehicles, confirm every booking personally, and the partner fleet supplies and maintains the car.
How old do I need to be?
25 or older for exotic vehicles. Select luxury models are open to drivers 21 and older; the minimum age is shown on each listing.
What license do I need?
A valid driver's license. International renters also need an International Driving Permit or a certified translation of their license.
What insurance do I need?
Full-coverage insurance (comprehensive and collision) in your name that transfers to the rental vehicle. It is required on every rental and verified before the car is released.
How much is the deposit?
It varies by vehicle and is confirmed before any payment. The deposit is charged on the same Shopify invoice as your rental and refunded after the rental closes with no damage, tickets or excess miles.
How many miles are included?
Typically 100 miles per day. Extra miles are billed at a per-mile rate confirmed at booking.
Where can the car be delivered?
Across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe and Mesa, plus handoffs at Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and Scottsdale Airport (SDL).
Are the prices shown the final price?
Prices shown are KZ Luxury's daily rates for each vehicle. KZ confirms the final price for your exact dates before any payment is taken.
How KZ Luxury rentals work: KZ Luxury is a curated rental marketplace. We do not own the vehicles listed on this site. Every vehicle is owned and supplied by a vetted local partner fleet, and KZ Luxury confirms the exact vehicle, the deposit and the final price for your dates before any rental is finalized.
